The data feeds include HL7 messages, extracts of primary care data and data from NHS Digital Secondary Uses Service (SUS). Extract, transform and load of the data into a data warehouse and output into STDM data sets and the triggering of alerts. The architecture uses virtual machines within Microsoft Azure (IaaS). JIRA is used as the test management tool and the GAMP5 system validation framework is used for quality assurance.
